"Sum, ergo cogito" meaning "I am, therefore I think" is not meant to contradict Descartes' famous "cogito ergo sum" (I think therefore I am). It is more of a plea, by example, to value the miraculous fact that you exist and have self awareness, and to use your brain to explore the world and discover the truth.

Based in Australia, Lizard of Oz provides technical services and specialist field agent recruitment for Subsidiaries of the Temple Tap Conglomerate.
We started life as a spin-off from the original Temple Tap assistive technology services organisation whose guiding principle of "Always all ways" gave rise to the "Semper omnibus modis" motto. We now support a growing list of subsidiaries* which presently includes:
Finkelmeier Mikhailov Dhabuwala Schmokelberg Al-Khalili, an investigative Legal and Financial service company with an impressive roster of field agents that enables them to both collect otherwise unobtainable information and to bring persuasive influence to bear where this is considered the most expedient course of action.
Klaxon and Burnside, a firm of Attorneys specialising in Tax Law and Defamation, Libel and Slander cases. Their extensive knowledge of the History and Philosophy of the Law makes them uniquely able to engage in unprecedented legal and financial disputes.
Anapologia, an advocacy organisation defending logic, truth and rationality against the dark forces of ignorance, bigotry and radicalism. Along with Ana Pologia, Lizard of Oz is Co-Editor-in-Chief (and Bottle Washer**) at Anapologia. Lets face it, it's just me and my emotional support dog.
The Anapologia initiative is the platform that our team of contributors uses to communicate their ideas. Their interests are wide-ranging covering science, ethics, law and the very nature of reality.
* Lizard of Oz is one of those Subsidiaries. So we support ourself and possibly as a result, we now need glasses, but haven't gone blind yet.
** In fact I worked as a bottle washer washing Drosophila shit, Drosophila maggots and rancid growth medium out of jars while a Genetics student. What fun!
